Accommodation

Branch/Area Council Secretaries will book accommodation for attendees as they did last year.

What you need to know

It is your responsibility to ensure you receive a booking confirmation from your chosen hotel.

  • All accommodation accounts (room rates only) will be charged to, and paid for by NZEI National Office direct.
  • All personal accounts must be paid on checkout.
  • Please also check the room configurations when booking with the hotels.

Branch/Area Council secretaries are reminded that representatives should share accommodation.

If you are not staying at one of the listed hotels below, then you are also not included in any luggage transfer pick ups or drop offs.

To book: Visit the website. Then enter the check in & out dates and press check availability – ignore the results of this search as the hotel may show fully booked. On the right side of the screen click on “Codes and options” then enter NZEI17 under group code and click update results. You should then be able to select a room and check out to book.
